What you'll do:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of community and enterprise programmes.
- Manage programme schedules, budgets, resources, and operational activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, community organisations, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Monitor programme performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Prepare progress reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
- Support the development of new programmes and service initiatives.
- Ensure programmes comply with organisational policies and quality standards.
- Manage programme risks and resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Promote collaboration, innovation, and high-quality service delivery across all projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in programme management, project management, operations, community services, business support, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous leadership or project coordination experience is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: £33,041.22-£77,201.61 per year
