You’ll help shape the culture, routines, and experiences from the ground up in a beautiful, purpose-designed setting.
In this role, you'll lead a team of up to 10 staff and the day-to-day running of our carefully curated age and stage-appropriate rooms, caring for up to 40 children. You will report directly to the Nursery Manager and play a vital role in creating a calm, nurturing, and high-quality environment for children.

What You'll Be Doing
- Creating a safe, calm, and loving environment for babies to thrive and explore
- Leading a growing team in our brand new nursery, offering support, inspiration, and guidance
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Working collaboratively with the nursery leadership and operations support team to maintain the highest standards of care
- Bringing energy, empathy, and a reflective mindset to your everyday practice
Is This You?
You’re likely a great fit if you:
- Have experience leading in an early years setting.
- Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher)
- Love supporting children’s development through nurturing, play-based practice
- Want to make a real impact in a setting that values you as much as the children
