Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director at our Beaconsfield office. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our team, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized filing system both digitally and physically.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes.
- Support various administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate seamless workflow.
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the finance or investment sector is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
