Job Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials within our warehouse environment and all warehouse duties as required.
Duties to Include but not restricted to
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials around the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods from lorries and other deliveries ensuring correct items received.
- Good communication skills, will be dealing with customers face to face.
- Warehouse duties, including stacking and storing products in designated areas.
- Pack deliveries for DPD or Pallet shipping, accurately and within timescales
- Conduct routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Keeping the Yard and Warehouse Clear
- Overtime as and when necessary
Skills
- Proficient in materials handling techniques and forklift operation.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
- Strong basic math's skills required.
- Familiarity with maintenance practices is advantageous.
- Excellent time keeping and reliability.

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
