Summary
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our manufacturing team, delivering high‑quality fenestration products (windows, doors, and associated items) to our trade customers across North Somerset, Bristol, and South Wales. This is a key customer‑facing role, ensuring our products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
Responsibilities
- Safely load company vans (3.5 tonne box van) with manufactured items.
- Ensure all items are correctly scanned and checked using our digital scanning system.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to meet schedules.
- Secure loads to prevent damage in transit in line with company safety guidelines.
- Comply with manual handling best practices (full training given)
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse team and clients.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations.
- Represent Seal-lite Group professionally during all interactions.
- Qualifications
- Be over 25 years of age and will have held a driving licence for a minimum of 2 years for insurance purposes.
- Experience as a delivery driver or commercial driver.
- Valid driving license suitable for the vehicle type.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to plan routes efficiently.
- Strong commitment to safety and reliability.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once routes are assigned.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting as part of the daily role.
