Factory Operative – Performance-Based Bonus Available
We are looking for reliable, hands-on Factory Operatives to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating robotic and manual assembly stations, feeding materials accurately, and producing high-quality work to daily output targets.
This position is performance-based. All operatives are paid a guaranteed hourly rate, with the opportunity to earn significantly more through consistent output, quality, and pace across the full shift.

Full training is provided, with a defined training period to reach standard output levels. Strong performers progress quickly and earn above the basic rate.
Pay:
£12.71 per hour basic, plus performance bonus
Average earnings £13.50+ per hour
Top performers earn £15–£16+ per hour
This is a physical, hands-on role and not suitable for those looking for slow-paced or purely time-based work.
