Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Installation Engineer to join our expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking renewable energy company that specialises in high-quality installations of air conditioning systems, air source heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage and other renewable technologies.

Responsibilities
- Install domestic and commercial split and multi-split air conditioning systems.
- Carry out refrigerant pipework, pressure testing, vacuuming and commissioning.
- Complete F-Gas compliant installation work.
- Support the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps where required.
- Interpret technical drawings and installation plans.
- Ensure all installations comply with current regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
- Complete all required commissioning documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Provide excellent customer service whilst working within customers' homes.
- Identify and report any installation issues or potential improvements.
- Work safely in accordance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Assist with mentoring junior engineers when appropriate.
Essential Requirements
- Valid F-Gas Category 1 Qualification.
- Proven experience installing air conditioning systems.
- Previous experience installing Air Source Heat Pumps.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Desirable Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- Heat Pump Installation experience.
- Unvented Hot Water Qualification.
- PAS 2030/2035 knowledge.
- CSCS Card.
- IPAF.
- Working at Height certification.
- First Aid qualification.
- Electrical knowledge (beneficial but not essential).

Essential
- F-Gas Category 1
- Full UK Driving Licence
Preferred
- NVQ in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Unvented Hot Water Qualification
- CSCS Card
Experience
- Air Conditioning Installation: Minimum 3 years (Preferred)
- Air Source Heat Pump Installation: Minimum 1 year (ideally-if so preferred)
- Refrigeration Systems: Preferred
