Are you passionate about supporting children in their learning and development? Elementa is partnering with a welcoming school setting to recruit motivated Learning Support Assistants who are ready to help pupils achieve their full potential.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced education support staff who are caring, reliable, and committed to creating safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Support pupils’ learning, engagement, and personal development in line with school policies and frameworks
Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to meet the individual needs of each pupil
Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing, and safeguarding at all times
To be considered, candidates should have:
Previous experience supporting children in a school or educational setting
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply (Elementa can assist)
Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration in the appropriate category
Desirable qualifications:
CACHE Level 2 or Level 3, or equivalent education/childcare qualification
Experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs (SEND)
