Pinnacle Sports Development is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Football Coach to join our growing academy coaching team on a part-time basis.
Working alongside our Lead Coach, you will deliver engaging football development sessions for players aged 6–11 years. Our programme focuses on technical excellence, confidence, decision-making and creating an enjoyable learning environment where every player can reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality football coaching sessions.
- Support the technical, tactical and physical development of players.
- Create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage confidence, creativity and enjoyment throughout every session.
- Set up and pack away equipment before and after training.
- Work closely with the Lead Coach to maintain high coaching standards.
- Communicate professionally with players, parents and colleagues.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and uphold the values of Pinnacle Sports Development.
Essential Requirements
- FA coaching qualification (minimum Introduction to Coaching Football).
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- FA Safeguarding Children qualification.
- FA Emergency First Aid qualification.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Reliable, enthusiastic and punctual.
- Passion for developing young footballers.
Desirable
- UEFA C Licence (or working towards).
- Previous grassroots or academy coaching experience.
- Experience coaching children aged 6–11.
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
