Responsibilities

- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Manage phone inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Support stock maintenance and organization within the store.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Good phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
