Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
About Us
Bespoke Credit Hire Ltd is a fast-growing company specialising in credit hire services following road traffic accidents. We work closely with clients, insurers, and solicitors, managing a high-volume caseload and a large fleet nationwide.
We are looking for a versatile Administrator to join our team, working across both our Hire Operations and Client Financial Assessment (Impecuniosity) functions.
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position where you will support different departments within the business. You will play a key role in both managing hire files and assessing client financial eligibility, ensuring files are properly prepared for litigation and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
· Handling incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries
· Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
· Preparing, reviewing, and organising documentation
· General office and administrative support
· Assisting with onboarding new hire clients
· Preparing and checking hire agreements and documentation
· Liaising with clients, drivers, and third parties
· Monitoring active hires and updating file progress
· Collecting and reviewing client financial documents (bank statements, wage slips, tax returns)
· Assessing whether clients meet impecuniosity criteria
· Identifying inconsistencies or gaps in financial disclosure
· Liaising with clients to obtain missing documentation
· Preparing financial packs for solicitors and litigation
About You
· Strong attention to detail (essential for financial checks)
· Organised and able to manage multiple files simultaneously
· Confident communicator, especially when dealing with clients
· Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
· Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Desirable (but not essential)
· Experience in credit hire / RTA claims
· Understanding of impecuniosity or financial assessments
· Previous admin or case-handling experience
Salary
· The salary offered will be competitive in the current market, based on your experience. This will be discussed with the Director on the interview.
