Beyond Legal is looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join our expanding property team.
This role would suit a conveyancer, property lawyer, licensed conveyancer, legal executive, solicitor, or experienced fee earner who can confidently manage their own caseload and is looking for a firm that values quality over volume.

The role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Generalresidential property work
This firm are able to offer a fantastic support structure of administrative and technical specialists to assist the Conveyancer in managing their caseload. On offer is a competitive salary circa £50,000.00 in addition to a range of benefits.

You may be a:
- Solicitor
- Licensed Conveyancer
- Chartered Legal Executive
- Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
What matters most is that you can independently manage a residential conveyancing caseload and provide an excellent client experience.
