Job Summary
Redmoor Health is looking for a Digital and Transformation Specialist to join our Delivery Team, supporting primary care with the rollout and optimisation of digital tools.
This role will focus initially on helping GP practices implement new systems, such as online consultation platforms, messaging tools and cloud telephony. You will lead training and onboarding sessions, provide hands-on support, and work closely with practices to embed new ways of working. Over time, you will contribute to broader transformation programmes including access improvement, digital maturity assessments, and workflow redesign.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver remote and (occasionally) in-person training to support the rollout of digital systems in general practice
- Provide implementation support tailored to local workflows and staff roles
- Support wider transformation projects across areas such as patient access, demand and capacity, and communications
- Contribute to delivery plans, resources and project reporting
- Build strong working relationships with practice and PCN teams
What we’re looking for
- Experience delivering training and implementation support, ideally in a primary care or NHS setting
- Confident working across digital tools such as clinical systems, online consultations, and telephony platforms
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with both clinical and non-clinical staff
- Well organised and adaptable, able to balance multiple projects
- Willing to travel occasionally to support on-site delivery
Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year
