The Role You will carry out
Work Capacity Assessments for adults with a wide range of physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions.
This is
not a treatment role. It is focused on:
- Structured clinical assessments
- Professional judgement
- Evidence-based report writing
You will:
- Conduct assessments via telephone, video, and face-to-face
- Gather and review clinical information
- Produce accurate, detailed reports within set timeframes
- Work in line with clinical guidelines and professional standards
- Use strong IT and typing skills to document assessments effectively
Who We’re Hiring This opportunity is for clinicians with
at least 1 year post-registration adult experience:
- RGN, RMN, RNLD, Adult Nurse
- Physiotherapist
- Occupational Therapist
- Paramedic
Applicants must live in Hastings or within a commutable distance.
What You’ll Need
- Active NMC or HCPC registration
- Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Confident IT, typing, and report-writing ability
- Ability to attend the Hastings assessment site when required
