Responsibilities
- Perform a range of beauty treatments including:
- Waxing
- Manicures and pedicures
- Facials
- Eyebrow and eyelash treatments
- Massage
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms.
- Recommend suitable retail products and aftercare advice.
- Manage appointments and client records professionally.
- Work as part of a supportive team to achieve salon targets.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and passionate about the beauty industry.
Desirable
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
- Experience with advanced treatments.
- Previous salon experience.
- Retail sales experience.
