The Role
We are looking for a Trainee Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in site supervision within the construction industry. No formal supervisory experience is required, as full training and support will be provided.
You will work closely with experienced Site Supervisors and Project Managers, assisting with the day-to-day running of sites and learning all aspects of site management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the coordination of daily site work activities
- Supporting team management and communication on site
- Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Helping to ensure works are carried out to required quality standards
- Supporting health & safety compliance across sites
- Assisting with document control, reporting, and record keeping
- Liaising with site teams and management to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
- No prior supervisory experience required
- Previous site-based experience is preferred (construction, trades, or similar)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and take on responsibility
- Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work across Central London sites

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
