Overview
Due to continued exciting growth we are now seeking a brilliant, dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our motivated, professional and friendly team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will bring smooth operations within the front of house area, overseeing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and service quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front of house operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Lead and manage the front of house team, providing guidance and support to staff members.
- Train new employees on service standards, food preparation, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and presentation.
- Monitor food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Management role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and help manage a diverse team.
- A love of food is critical and an interest in Spanish food would be a great advantage
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
