The Role
We are currently looking for a Picker / Packer to join our fast-paced operations team. You will be on the front lines of our supply chain, ensuring that customer orders are picked accurately, packed perfectly, and dispatched exactly on time.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Picking & Packing: Accurately fulfilling high volumes of customer orders with care and efficiency to ensure all daily dispatch deadlines are met.
- Stock Management: Restocking shelves promptly and assisting with regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Warehouse Organisation: Taking ownership of your workspace, keeping the warehouse highly organised, tidy, and safe at all times.
- Quality Control: Consistently meeting our strict shipping standards so every customer receives their hardware in perfect condition.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Pitching in with various warehouse duties as needed to support the wider team.
Working Hours & Shift Patterns
Our warehouse operates on the following schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We operate on a dynamic rota. Over a standard 5-week period, you will be expected to work a rotation of all shift patterns (Earlies, Mids, and Lates), which will also include 3 weekend shifts. It's an average working week of 39 hours.
Please note: Complete flexibility to work across all these times and shift patterns is a strict requirement for this role. You must be able and willing to accommodate the full rotation.
