We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Manager to lead our exciting new Indoor Inflatable Theme Park with Café. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the launch of a fun, family-focused attraction and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
About the Role
As Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of both the inflatable theme park and café. You will lead a team, ensure high standards of customer service, maintain health and safety compliance, and help drive the business to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of the theme park and café.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise staff.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer enquiries professionally.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Oversee café operations, including stock control, food hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor budgets, sales, and operating costs.
- Plan staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Organise birthday parties, events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Work closely with the owners to grow the business and improve customer satisfaction.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous management experience in leisure, hospitality, retail, or family entertainment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Experience managing budgets and achieving sales targets.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene requirements.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
