As one of the UK’s most dynamic and fastest-growing online bathroom and home retailers, victorianplumbing.co.uk is on an unstoppable upward trajectory. We believe that an exceptional shopping experience starts with exceptional products, and as we continue to scale at pace, we need top-tier talent to help us manage our flow!
If you are looking for a high-visibility role where your expertise will genuinely shape our success, you’ve found the right place.
This isn't your average compliance role. We are looking for an energetic, commercially savvy Product Compliance Manager to champion safety, quality, and regulatory excellence across our entire product lifecycle.
In this pivotal role, you will lead and evolve our core product compliance framework while coordinating our wider corporate compliance function. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with our leadership team and dynamic departments—from Product and Purchasing to Legal and the leadership team—you will bridge the gap between complex global regulations and our ambitious commercial growth.
Joining us means stepping into a vibrant, high-energy environment where your voice matters. You’ll have the autonomy to make your mark, collaborate with brilliant people, and play a crucial role in our ongoing success story.
Ready to make a splash? Apply today and help us shape the future of product compliance!
This role is based in our Leyland HQ for 5 Days per week – 37.5 Hours per week
