Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and motivated FOH (Front of House) Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this role, you will oversee daily service operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support your team in delivering top-tier hospitality. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our lively atmosphere and high standards of service.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: £14.00-£15.00 p/hour
* Free meals provided on shift.

* Full Time employees typically receive and average of £800.00-£1,000.00 p/month.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff during service shifts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer interactions
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality, fostering a positive team environment
- Oversee food presentation, serving procedures, and ensure food safety protocols are followed diligently
- Assist with food preparation and cooking when necessary to support kitchen operations
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Conduct training sessions on food safety, service standards, and hospitality best practices
- Support team management by scheduling shifts, monitoring performance, and motivating staff to excel
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards
- Experience in team management with excellent leadership skills
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving, food production, and hospitality services
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen experience is highly desirable
- Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required
- Passion for Latin cuisine or Tex-Mex flavours is an advantage
