We are a growing hospitality company across Scotland and are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager for a 30 hour working week at Saint Judes in the City Centre of Glasgow. It is a busy events and function space so would suit someone who has worked in either a club or evets led space.
Day to day responsibilities will include the following
· Supporting the General Manager in all aspects of the business
· Ensure the restaurant and bar operation is smooth and well managed
· Work with marketing department to effectively promote the unit via social media
· Assist the GM to deliver good margins and GP’s
· Help to develop a strong team and create a good working environment
· Support with bookings and function enquiries
· plan and manage weekly/monthly events calendar
The ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 years of Management experience in a similar venue and have a passion and drive to deliver great service and help manage a fun and busy unit in a prime location within the busy Bath Street part of town.
