About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a small, well-established complex nursing home in Sheffield.
The home has recently achieved a Good CQC rating and is looking for a confident nurse who can provide excellent clinical care while taking a senior role on night shifts.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse looking to step into a senior position within a supportive care home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care throughout the night.
- Take a senior role on shift, supporting and guiding the wider care team.
- Administer and manage medication safely and accurately.
- Complete and review care plans, risk assessments and clinical documentation.
- Respond effectively to changes in residents' clinical needs.
- Ensure high standards of safeguarding, dignity and infection control.
- Maintain compliance with NMC and CQC requirements.
- Provide clear handovers to the day team.
What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse – RGN or RMN
- Valid NMC PIN
- Previous nursing experience within a care home or similar setting.
- Experience supporting residents with complex nursing needs.
- Confident working independently and leading a team during night shifts.
- Strong clinical, communication and leadership skills.
