The Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead and develop our quality systems, ensuring our products and services consistently meet regulatory standards and customer expectations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving continuous improvement, managing audits, and fostering a strong quality culture across the organisation. This is an on site role, where you will be travelling to different projects, in our company vehicle.
Duties include:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies
- Lead internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory inspections
- Analyse quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Manage non-conformance, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices
- Oversee supplier quality and ensure vendor compliance
- Conduct GPR scans
- Survey and inspect sites
Key Skills
- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance leadership role
- Strong knowledge of quality standards or relevant industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with audit processes and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in quality, engineering, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including working with tablets for the purposes of on-site digital data capture.
- Strong IT skills including Excel and CAD.
