Chez Rose
Chez Rose is a newly opened neighbourhood bistro by chef Spencer Metzger, combining seasonal British produce with the spirit and technique of classic French cooking.
The restaurant is created in partnership with acclaimed restaurateurs Jason Atherton and Irha Atherton, who join Metzger in bringing the project to life. Together they aim to create a welcoming space a lively, elegant bistro where exceptional food, great wine, and warm hospitality take centre stage.

About you:
We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate barback to lead in every aspect of the Bar operations. As a Barback you will take a proactive approach in the Bar ensuring that you assist with all barback duties and that the bar area remain cleaned and well stocked following the Company standards.
Working structure:
3 doubles and 2 short shifts per week.
2 days off
Responsibilities:
- Keeping the bar area clean and well-stocked
- Handling guest queries and concerns with professionalism
- Maintaining high level of cleanliness and tidiness in the bar area
- Manage inventory and ensuring proper stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barback in a well-established hospitality venue
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging personality
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Willingness to assist colleagues during busy periods
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality hospitality services
- Passion for creating memorable guests’ experiences and providing exceptional customer service.
