Salary: £10.85 - £12.71 ph (age dependent)

Reports To: Senior Mentor
About the Role: Responsible for small group projects and delivery within sessions for up to 18 children with individual child progression programs. May be required to deliver or support across all services outlined above.

Responsibilities:
- Managing small group activities and delivering planned group/individual creative projects
- Delivering session plans and ensuring established outcomes.
- Monitoring learner progress.
- Creating a dynamic, engaging and creative activity environment.
- Interacting with members and liaising with the Admin team.
- Working closely with team leaders and management to ensure service standards and development.
- Ensuring all safeguarding requirements during session.

Candidate Requirements:
A dedicated, reliable team member with a strong work ethic. An engaging individual capable of supporting, guiding and inspiring young people. A good communicator with a responsible attitude and understanding/application of the required standards.

- Teaching, mentoring or coaching experience. (D)
- Ability to organise and structure a small group activity. (E)
- Confidence to positively resolve issues with learners and team members. (E)
- Experience working with camera equipment and video production platforms. (E)
- Experience within creative industries. (E)
- Knowledge of video games and internet culture. (E)
- Flexibility to work overtime and cover shifts when required. (E)
