Job Summary:
The Service Administrator will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the service department. This role involves coordinating service requests, managing administrative tasks, liaising with engineers, and maintaining strong communication with clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the service department, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Log and assign visit requests, breakdowns, and maintenance tasks, ensuring they are actioned promptly.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure job completion and timely return of paperwork.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and support.
- Assist in scheduling planned maintenance, repairs, and minor works, ensuring all tasks are tracked and updated.
- Support department staff managers with administrative tasks, including reporting and documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to obtain necessary information and updates.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring all service-related documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in updating management systems and client portals.
- Support the coordination of engineer workloads, ensuring jobs are managed effectively.
Required Skills & Attributes:

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a service or maintenance environment.

Pay: £26,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
