Job Summary
We are a well-established domiciliary care agency based in Stockport. We are currently looking for a care coordinator to support management at our Stockport Head Office, organise the current team of care workers, liaise with clients and third parties.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive knowledge of CQC Standards
- Previous Carer experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Desire to thrive in Health and Social Care environment
- Must have the right to work in the UK

Responsibilities and Duties
Role Responsibility:
- Creating Carer rotas
- Coordinating a large team of Carers
- Managing Service Users’ bookings
- Communicating with Service Users and their families to ensure they are happy with the care received
- Understanding service user needs in order to appropriately match carers to meet these needs
- Meeting with clients and carers in the community
- Support with on-call Rota
