Job Title: HR & Business Administrator
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire, office based
Salary: £15 per hour
Job Type: Part Time, 20 hours per week.
The Role
This role is an exciting opportunity for an organised, self motivated HR & Business Administrator to assist with HR Administration and office based tasks for a company revolutionising reduced risk Nicotine use.

Key Responsibilities
- Organising recruitment paperwork and onboarding documents for new starters,
- Filing, logging and record keeping of HR documents,
- Communicating with new starters via email and phone call,
- Liaising with recruitment managers to complete regular staff performance reviews,
- Liaising with recruitment managers to complete timely probation and performance reviews,
- Logging staff holiday, absence and statutory leave,
- Responding to email requests,
- Writing HR letters to staff where appropriate e.g. confirming end of probation,
- Completing contract templates and issuing for management approval,
- Sending offer emails to interview candidates,
- Arranging interviews and sending diary invites for meetings,
- Filing electronic and physical documents securely,
- Organising staff training,
- General office administration and assisting colleagues as required,
What we’re looking for
- Computer literate is essential,
- GCSE Grade C / Grade 4 or above in English, or equivalent,
- Experience in HR Administration is desirable,
- Administration knowledge and experience is essential,
- Excellent spelling and grammar,
- Touch typing experience is desirable,
- Excellent writing skills with attention to detail,
- Proficiency in English is essential,
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively,
- Organised and strategic,
- Ability to carefully listen and follow instructions effectively,
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills,
- A Team spirit with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude,
