The Role & Responsibilities
- Delivering high standards in precision cutting, styling, and contemporary coloring techniques.
- Providing personalised, in-depth consultations to deliver bespoke client results.
- Rebooking clients and actively working to maximise client retention and column utilisation.
- Maintaining salon hygiene, inventory standards, and a welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Requirements
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 / 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience working behind the chair as a qualified stylist.
- Client Base: An established local following who actively track and support your work.
- Portfolio: A active social media profile or portfolio showcasing your recent work.
- Professionalism: High standards of punctuality, client care, and teamwork.
Schedule & Working Hours
- Day shift / Evening shifts
- Weekend availability required (Saturdays)
- Flexible days considered for the right candidate
Supplemental Pay Types
