Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services across various facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, construction experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general building upkeep
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, ensuring minimal downtime
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to guide repairs and installations
- Conduct air conditioning system maintenance and repairs as needed
- Lead small teams during maintenance projects or repairs requiring supervision
- Assist with construction projects such as minor renovations or installations
