The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our Night Customer Service team. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless order processing and customer support during evening operations.
You will be responsible for handling a range of customer and order management tasks. This is a fast-paced role requiring accuracy, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process customer credits and resolve related queries.
- Liaise with the Day Customer Service Team and Night Assembly Team to ensure smooth operational handover and issue resolution.
- Handle customer service queries via phone, email and live chat.
- Manage outbound calls for customer call-back requests.
- Monitor and respond to live website enquiries and customer requests.
- Support invoicing and crediting processes across third-party online ordering portals.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled in a timely, professional and accurate manner.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or order processing role.
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Comfortable using multiple systems for order entry, invoicing and customer management.

Schedule: Sunday to Friday - 7.00pm to midnight (5 nights per week)
Salary: £13.55 per hour (inclusive of evening shift uplift)
