What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the smooth running of a busy kitchen
- Delivering consistently high-quality dishes
- Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, health & safety, and compliance
- Working with fresh ingredients and contributing to menu development
- Collaborating with a strong, professional BOH team
