Tracy Park Estate - Private family
A private family of four residing at Tracy Park Estate is seeking two experienced and highly professional Housekeepers to join their household team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for meticulous individuals who pride themselves on delivering exceptionally high standards of housekeeping and organisation. You will report directly to the Estate Manager, working alongside a supportive team in a beautiful, private and professional environment.
Start Date: 20th July 2026
Work Hours: 0830 to 5.30pm monday to friday (includes 30 min and 2 x 15 min unpaid breaks).
Duties & Responsibilities: Housekeeping: High-standard cleaning, general tidying, and meticulous home organisation.Laundry & Wardrobe: Daily washing, professional ironing, and careful wardrobe management for the family.
Stock & Errands: Managing pantry stock, grocery shopping, and running household errands.Family & Guest Care: Offering drinks and refreshments to the family and welcoming guests.
Pet Care: Providing day-to-day care and assistance for the family dogs and cats as needed.
Experience: Proven experience working as a housekeeper within a high-standard private household.
Transport: Must have independent transport to reliably commute to and from Tracy Park (Wick).
Background Check: A clean background check (DBS/CRB) is required. This will be conducted for all shortlisted candidates.
Attributes: Reliable, discreet, highly organised, and professional.
Benefits & Perks: Qualify for annual bonus after 1 year
Mileage Allowance: 55p per mile paid for using your own car for household errands.
Facilities: Access to a private staff break room, toilet facilities, and personal lockers.
Support: Full uniform and all premium cleaning materials/equipment provided.
Holiday: Standard statutory holiday entitlement
Example of daily duties:
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials as needed
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organising linen and clothing
- Maintain a high level of organisation in storage areas and cleaning carts
- Respond promptly to special requests from Estate manager or principles
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Think ahead to ensure the environment is always ready for the family and their guests / visitors
