We are looking to recruit an architectural technologist to work on residential adaptations and extensions, including designing home adaptations for those with disabilities. You will have experience in CAD skills, in AutoCad and Revit. 3D CAD skills are also desirable. The job involves meeting clients, carrying out measured surveys and preparing existing plans; designing alterations in conjunction with occupational therapists, preparing Building Regulation design drawings and submitting applications. Some site experience in checking work in progress in accordance with plans is preferable. Some training will be given for candidates who do not have experience in all requisite areas. Full UK driving licence required.
