The Role
As a Sales Team Member, you will:
- Represent our clients through face-to-face customer interactions.
- Engage with potential customers and build strong rapport.
- Listen to customer needs and confidently introduce relevant products and services.
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.
- Accurately record customer interactions and outcomes.
- Work closely with a supportive team and experienced leaders.
- Work towards individual and team performance goals.
- Continuously develop your communication, sales and leadership abilities.
