Althea Park has an opportunity for an administrator to join our team. This role is offered on a part-time basis, working 15 hours per week. The actual salary for this role is £10,520 per year.
The working hours are 09.00 to 17.00 Monday and Tuesday every week.
Althea Park, Stroud, Gloucestershire is a residential eating disorder service for young people, offering 10 beds in a therapeutic environment alongside a 3-bedded step-down semi-independent service (The Anchor). It is accessible by public transport, with a bus stop outside the service and Stroud railway station approximately half a mile away, with national rail links and easy access to the M4 and M5.
We’re looking for a highly organised Administrator to join our 10-bedded residential home. You’ll provide essential day-to-day administrative support, helping the service run smoothly and supporting both our staff and residents.
This is a varied role where you’ll work across a range of administrative tasks, including HR and recruitment support, payroll, petty cash, eLearning and meeting administration.
You will also:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the residential home and wider team.
- Support HR and recruitment activities, including maintaining records and assisting with onboarding.
- Manage petty cash and support with payroll administration.
- Provide support with eLearning, helping colleagues complete and maintain their required training.
- Attend meetings and produce accurate and timely meeting minutes.

Essential for the role
The successful candidate will require a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to learn to use a number of supporting IT systems.
