We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients following an accident .
Key Responsibilities
Record full details for customers involved in accidents and coordinate requirements for replacement vehicles.
oversee the end-to-end process for client support Making sure the vehicle payments are chased.
Financial Administration: Generate and send storage invoices to relevant departments and proactively chase outstanding payments.
Data Management: Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets regularly with accurate, real-time information.
General Office Duties: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including typing, scanning, filing, and managing email correspondence.
Office Maintenance: Ensure the office environment remains clean, tidy, and professional.
Required Skills:Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel And Word
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 per week
