We are looking for a reliable and organised administrator based in the Gillingham, Kent area to assist with straightforward administrative work from home.
The role will mainly involve:
- Receiving and dealing with company post
- Printing letters and documents
- Preparing documents for posting
- Keeping basic records of work completed
- Work on google sheets
- Completing occasional additional administrative tasks when required
There are no fixed working hours. You can choose when you complete the work and work around your other commitments, provided all required tasks are completed accurately and within the necessary timescales.
The amount of work will vary depending on our requirements. You will record the time spent completing the work and will be paid £13 per hour on a self-employed basis.
Requirements
You must:
- Live in Gillingham, Kent or a surrounding town
- Be dependable and well organised
- Be comfortable handling confidential documents
- Have good attention to detail
- Be able to complete work without close supervision
- Have suitable space at home to securely store post and documents
- Be reasonably confident using a computer, email and basic office software
Any necessary printing equipment and materials can be discussed and provided where required.
