The Role
As
Senior Chef de Partie, you'll play an important role within a talented kitchen brigade, helping to deliver consistently high standards of fresh, nutritious and appealing food.
You'll be confident working independently, organised and passionate about food, while also having the ability to
lead and support a small team during service.
You'll also contribute to maintaining food quality, monitoring budgets and food spend, and ensuring excellent standards of food safety and customer service.

We're looking for someone who is:
- An experienced Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie
- Passionate about fresh, quality food
- Confident leading a small team
- Organised and commercially aware
- A positive team player with a professional approach
- Keen to develop their skills and progress their career
