M&M Supply is looking for enthusiastic Sports Coaches to work in secondary school settings across Cardiff and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to share your love of sport, promote healthy lifestyles, and support the physical and emotional development of children and young people.
Your Role:
- Supporting pupils to develop confidence, teamwork, and resilience
- Assisting in lunchtime and after-school sports clubs
- 1-1 Support for pupils with SEMH and ALN
- Supporting teachers with classroom activities when needed
We’re Looking For:
- Experience coaching or teaching sport to children/young people (school, club, or community settings)
- A confident, positive, and adaptable approach
- Ability to manage groups and encourage participation
- A passion for sport and physical activity
- Experience with challenging behaviours
- Classroom management
Desirable (Not Essential):
- Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g., FA Level 1/2, UKCC, sports coaching degree)
- Experience working in schools
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
