Commercial Partnerships Manager | Circa £61,400 + excellent benefits | Permanent | Hybrid

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Partnerships Manager to take ownership of some of our most important strategic relationships, ensuring they deliver value for our partners, our customers, and our business.
This is a highly visible role where you'll combine commercial acumen, relationship management, contract oversight, and performance analysis to maximise the success of key partnerships, including our major distribution relationship with LexisNexis. You'll be instrumental in ensuring commercial targets are achieved, strategic opportunities are successfully onboarded, and contractual commitments are delivered effectively.
What you'll be doing:
In this new role, you'll act as the commercial lead for a portfolio of strategic partners and distributors. You'll:
Own and manage the contractual and financial performance of key strategic partnerships.
Lead commercial and contractual engagement with strategic partners, ensuring obligations and deliverables are clearly understood and achieved.
Monitor sales pipelines, revenue performance, and commercial reporting, identifying opportunities and risks.
Provide insightful performance reporting to support business decision-making.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of strategic opportunities.
Influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve agreed commercial and revenue targets.
Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
Support the growth of international subscription customers and strategic commercial opportunities.
Skills & experience that will set you up for success in this role:
We're seeking a commercially minded professional who thrives on building strong relationships, driving performance, and delivering results. You'll bring:
Proven experience managing commercial delivery within a data, information services, or similar commercial environment.
Experience developing and implementing customer or account management strategies.
Strong commercial awareness and experience developing commercial propositions.
Contract negotiation and contract management expertise.
Experience managing third-party distributors, partners, or strategic accounts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
A proactive, inquisitive mindset focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency.
The ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams while managing competing priorities.
Desirable
Experience within the insurance sector.
Budget management experience.
Experience working within complex commercial partnerships or subscription-based services

When we work
Our standard working hours are 8:30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday, early finish on Friday - 8:30 - 15:45 (Talk to us about flexible working if this doesn’t quite suit you – we take work-life balance seriously!)
How we work
We understand the benefits of remote and in-person collaboration and therefore have a hybrid working model – you’ll be expected to work from our office in Thatcham at least two days per week.

Our Gamston facility is one of the UK’s leading sites for active safety, trialling and assessing the latest crash avoidance and driver assistance technologies.
