Project Architect – Retail & Brand Environments
Location: Hull Studio | Full‑time, Permanent

We’re looking for a Project Architect who’s excited by variety, motivated by high standards, and ready to take ownership of projects from early design stages through to completion. You’ll play a key role in shaping retail showroom refurbishments and branded environments for major global clients.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate multiple architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and collate detailed project information including plans, elevations, sections, technical details, visuals, and renderings.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant building regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Attend site visits, monitor progress, and produce clear status reports.
- Manage weekly project calls with clients and internal design teams to keep timelines on track.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a Project Architect role.
- A strong, well‑presented portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations.
- Ability to commute to and work from our Hull Studio (Monday–Friday).
- BA(Hons) in Architecture or equivalent experience/qualification.
