Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily Hospitality operations to ensure smooth service flow and high-quality guest interactions
- Support team management by training staff in food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety protocols
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on menu execution, cooking procedures, and presentation standards
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas to maintain a hygienic environment
- Manage guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction
- Contribute to inventory management by tracking supplies, ordering ingredients, and minimizing waste
- Lead by example in hospitality excellence, demonstrating leadership in supervising staff including baristas or culinary team members
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
- Experience with food safety standards and food production processes
- Familiarity with hospitality operations, including serving and customer service excellence
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable, especially in roles involving kitchen or barista duties
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Knowledge of kitchen experience, including food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
