Rate: Starting at £25,000 (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time Employment (Subject to satisfactory completion of 1 week trial, followed by 3-Month Probation Period)
Job Description
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Cleaners to join our team working across social housing properties throughout Hampshire. Based from our office in Fleet, Hampshire, the role involves cleaning and preparing properties to a high standard.
Work will include environmental cleaning and void property refurbishment cleans, ensuring properties are ready for new tenants or handover following works.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out void property cleaning following refurbishment works
- Perform environmental cleaning including communal areas and external spaces
- Deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Removal of dust, debris, and waste following building works
- Ensure properties are clean, safe, and ready for occupation
- Work efficiently across multiple sites as required
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (ideally in construction or social housing)
- Ability to carry out deep cleaning and post-works cleans
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Driving licence preferred
