Housekeeper & Property Administrator

We are a growing property management company based in Cheltenham, managing a portfolio of luxury serviced apartments and houses. We're looking for an experienced, reliable and proactive Housekeeper & Property Administrator to join our friendly team.
This is a varied role combining high-quality housekeeping with basic office administration. Most of your time will be spent preparing our properties to an exceptional standard, with quieter periods spent supporting our office by answering guest enquiries, responding to emails and assisting with bookings.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for maintaining our luxury apartments and houses to the highest standard while helping to ensure our guests receive excellent customer service from enquiry through to departure.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in both practical and administrative work.
Key ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping
- Cleaning and presenting serviced apartments and houses to an exceptional standard
- Changing bed linen and making beds
- Preparing properties for guest arrivals
- Replenishing guest amenities and supplies
- Shopping for supplies and carrying out stock checks
- Reporting maintenance issues
- Jet washing and light garden maintenance
- Meeting contractors and tradespeople at properties when required
- Working independently and occasionally alongside other housekeepers
Office Administration
- Answering telephone calls and guest enquiries
- Responding to emails professionally and promptly
- Offering guests suitable accommodation and preparing quotations
- Assisting with bookings and guest check-ins
- Supporting the office with general administrative duties
- Helping ensure guest records and property information remain accurate
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping experience (essential)
- Previous administration or customer service experience (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail with exceptionally high cleaning standards
- Professional and friendly communication skills
- Well organised with excellent time management
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Confident using computers, email and Microsoft Office
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Hours & Pay
- Full-time, permanent
- Monday to Friday
- 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Additional pay:
- Occasional weekend work may be required to support the business and will be paid at £20.00 per hour.
- 55p per mile mileage allowance for travel from the office to properties.

Pay: £27,300.00-£29,250.00 per year
