About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
No previous professional customer service experience is required for this trainee position. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, reliability, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Good spoken and written English, basic computer literacy and the ability to follow procedures accurately will be useful. You should be comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues and able to maintain a professional approach in different situations.

Experience
