Bridge Dental Surgeries has been caring for smiles in Marlow since 1940s. We're a long-established, family-run private dental practice based at 32 Station Road, Marlow, with free on-site parking. Our experienced team of dentists, hygienists, therapists and nurses offer the full range of dental treatments — from routine family dentistry to advanced orthodontics, Invisalign, implants and cosmetic dentistry — using modern technology in a relaxed, friendly environment.

The Role
We're looking for a Dental Nurse to join our growing team — whether you're a qualified nurse looking for a new home, or a trainee just starting out in dental nursing, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll be supporting our clinicians across general, cosmetic and orthodontic treatments (including Invisalign), helping to deliver a high standard of patient care in a calm, modern surgery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing chairside support to dentists during a wide range of treatments
- Preparing and maintaining surgeries, instruments and equipment to the highest standards of cross-infection control
- Supporting patients before, during and after treatment, helping them feel at ease
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Assisting with stock control and ordering
- Supporting reception and administrative tasks as needed
- For trainees: working towards your NEBDN National Diploma in Dental Nursing with full support from our team
About You
Essential:
- Friendly, professional manner with excellent patient care skills
- Reliable, organised and a good team player
- Good standard of written and spoken English
- Right to work in the UK
For Qualified Nurses:
- GDC registration (or eligible for registration) as a Dental Nurse
- NEBDN Diploma (or equivalent) in Dental Nursing
- Experience with orthodontic/Invisalign cases is a plus, but not essential — full training provided
For Trainees:
- No experience necessary — just enthusiasm and a genuine interest in dental nursing
- Open to candidates already enrolled on a training course, or those who'd like us to support enrolment onto an NEBDN-accredited course
