Part-Time Order Fulfilment Assistant
Printed Originals is looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Part-Time Order Fulfilment Assistant to help with the day-to-day running of our busy original vintage poster gallery business. This is a casual but hands-on role focused on preparing customer orders, receiving new stock, and keeping our inventory organised alongside the order fulfilment manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders to a high standard.
- Ensure posters are handled carefully to maintain their condition (some items are very old and can be fragile, and many are very valuable).
- Receive, check and process incoming deliveries.
- File and organise new poster stock within our inventory system.
- Help maintain an organised, clean and efficient storage area.
- Prepare shipping materials and labels for domestic and international orders.
- Carry out stock organisation and general warehouse housekeeping.
- Assist with other fulfilment and operational tasks as required.

- Friendly, reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Excellent attention to detail with careful, steady hands when handling delicate and valuable items.
- Able to handle fragile, high-value artwork with exceptional care and precision.
- Takes pride in packing orders neatly, securely and to a professional standard.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and efficiently.
- Comfortable lifting and moving packages when required.
- Interest in vintage posters/ art/ design/ antique preferable.
- Able to drive to work location (unless you live very close by)
- Access to smartphone & additional computer device (laptop, tablet), ideally also access to printer.
This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for someone looking for regular casual work within a growing specialist business. Hours can be flexible to your preference to fit in alongside requirements of the order fulfilment manager.
Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
