Overview
We are looking for a Physiotherapy Intern/ assistant, suitable for therapists who have a Degree in Physiotherapy FROM THE UK who wish to get more MSK experience, or Inpatients and MSK experience. Rehab and Sports therapy degrees will also be considered. Preferred if training was done in the UK ONLY.
They must have excellent working English and be good with the public. 20hrs per week over 2 clinics in Harrow HA3 and Central London W1S
We will give you clinical experience, Extra CPD/training and opportunities to develop.
No work Visa's and candidates must have trained and lived in UK for the last 2 yrs.

Duties
- Assist physiotherapists with patient assessments and treatment sessions under supervision
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions
- Support patients during exercises and mobilisation activities
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the therapy environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- Participate in educational activities to enhance understanding of physiotherapy techniques and patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth operations
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain procedures and instructions
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Basic IT skills for maintaining electronic health records and documentation
- Previous experience or interest in teaching or training others is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Enrolled in or recently completed a relevant healthcare or physiotherapy programme is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and adhere to clinical protocols
